Meet Tony, Co- founder

Tony Lee Luen Len is a distinguished professional with multifaceted expertise in sustainability, the built environment, partnerships and inclusive innovation.

Tony has contributed to regulatory, policy, and strategy work in smart cities, green buildings, energy, circular economy, and digital transformation. His work is recognized globally, with contributions to UN-Habitat, World GBC, UNEP, U4SSC, IOC, and various governments.

Tony's holistic perspective and commitment to positive impact are also reflected in his roles as a research scholar at the Bertha Centre of Social Innovation, his philanthropic work and as mentor for Google for Startups Africa accelerator programme.

He serves on various committees and boards, including the World GBC Africa Regional Network committee, the Mauritius inter-ministerial committee on Climate Change and the Sustainability and Inclusive growth committee of a Business association regrouping over 1500 companies.

Tony has won several awards for his work.

Dr. Okan Geray

Dr. Okan Geray is a leading strategist in smart cities and sustainable urban development, currently advising the Dubai Digital Authority and heading the United for Smart Sustainable Cities (U4SSC) initiative. Under his leadership, U4SSC, regrouping 14 UN organisations, has helped over 200 cities globally adopt key performance indicators (KPIs) to advance urban sustainability and innovation. Dr. Geray’s work integrates digital infrastructure and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into urban planning, driving data-driven governance and the creation of resilient, citizen-focused smart cities.

Tadej Slapnik

Tadej Slapnik is a leader in blockchain, AI, and sustainable technologies, holding multiple roles including CEO of HashNET Slovenia, CEO and founder of the World Metaverse Council, and CEO at Cotrugli Business School Slovenia. He serves as Chair of the Metaverse Council and the Organizing Committee of European Blockchain Week, and is active in policy as an expert at UN/CEFACT and the European Blockchain Observatory, while also contributing to the European Blockchain Partnership. Formerly, he was a State Secretary in the Prime Minister’s Office and a Member of Parliament in Slovenia, where he pioneered social entrepreneurship laws and founded the Slovenian Social Enterprise Forum. His work remains focused on advancing technology and smart regulation to support sustainable development worldwide.
